In the near future, the internet has morphed into a virtual world called "The Nether". People can log on and assume any identity they desire, indulging in whatever pleases them. The play follows Detective Morris as she investigates a virtual world called "The Hideaway" where pedophiles can indulge in illicit fantasies. The play questions the ethics and real- world impact of imaginary worlds.
